How much does it cost?

A £10 per person deposit is required on booking. The balance is due two weeks prior to event. We will require all menu choices for parties of 8 or more. All prices include admission, racecard and 3 course meal.

Terms & Conditions of booking - Restaurant and Executive Boxes

Seating is allocated on arrival.
Dress code is casual but smart.
Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of deposits (Executive Box deposits are £10 per person)
All deposits are non-refundable.
Any cancellations made within 14 days of event will be charged in full.
Super Six pack payment is required in full when booking.

Executive Boxes

Sizes & Prices and what is included?

Boxes 1& 2 are designed for exclusive parties of up to 12 people. Each party receives: Admission, racecard, buffet menu, hot & cold selections, refrigerator for drinks, waitress service, bar service and mobile tote operator.

Boxes 3 & 4 are private boxes which can hold up to 24 people. Each Box includes Admission, racecard, buffet menu, hot & cold selections, refrigerator for drinks, waitress service, bar service and mobile tote operator.

Box 5 seats up to 62 and can be booked privately or on a shared basis. The package includes: Our Super Six Pack Deal, bar facility with waitress service and mobile tote operator.

What days do we race?

Tuesday, Friday & Saturday evenings and Monday & Thursday lunchtimes.

What time do we race?

Tuesday - First race 6:38pm, last race 10.30pm - Turnstiles open 6.00pm
Friday - First race 6:39pm, last race 10.40pm - Turnstiles open 6.00pm
Saturday - First Race 7:25pm, last race 10.40pm - Turnstiles open 6.30pm

What are the Reception/Booking office opening times?

Mon, Wed & Thurs 9.00am - 5.00pm
Tues & Fri 9.00am - 9.00pm
Sat 12.00pm - 9.00pm

What are the current admission prices?

Tuesday £3.00 (Under 16s are only charged £1 entry) - Price includes Racecard
Friday £5.00 (Under 16s are only charged £1 entry) OAP & Students £3.50 - Price includes Racecard
Saturday £5.00 (Under 16s are only charged £1 entry) OAP & Students £3.50 - Price includes Racecard

How many races are there?

Tuesday = 16 races

Friday = 16 races

Saturday = 14 races

Are children permitted in all areas of the Stadium?

Children are allowed in all areas of the Stadium but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

What time does the bar close?

Bars remain open after racing, usually until about midnight.

Who do I make cheques payable to?

Sheffield Sports Stadium Ltd, but we must have 14 days clearance for cheques.

Can I pay by debit or credit card?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Solo and Electron cards, we do not accept American Express or Diners Club. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to pay cash, you can do so by visiting the stadium reception desk during opening hours.

Do you serve fast food?

Yes there is a snack bar situated on the ground floor next to the Paddock Bar. Hot pork sandwiches are available in the Panorama Room.

Can you accommodate disabled customers?

Yes, we have lifts available for the Panorama room and Restaurant and also the Executive Boxes. There are disabled toilets situated around the Stadium.
